Why it matters

One expired date stops the truck.

A lapsed medical card, an expired annual inspection, or an out-of-date credential can put a truck out of service at the next roadside inspection — the truck stopped, the load late, and a violation on your record. These documents aren't in the public FMCSA record; they're in your office, and nothing is watching them. Until now.

How it works

Upload. Confirm. Relax.

  1. Upload a photo or PDF — of a medical card, CDL, inspection or insurance. Multiple files per document (front + back, or a multi-page PDF).
  2. Our system reads the expiry date off it automatically.
  3. You confirm or correct the date — we never blindly trust something this important.
  4. We email you 60, 30 and 7 days before each date — and if one has already passed.

One dashboard for the whole fleet: a grid of driver profile cards (with phone, email, and CDL#), each colored by their most urgent document. Click a driver to see all their documents. Search bar up top. Company documents (annual inspection, insurance, UCR, Form 2290) live in their own section below.

A look inside

This is what your dashboard looks like.

Every document with a color status: red when urgent, amber when it's close, green when it's up to date.

Built to compete

Hi, I'm Mike Dugan — here's why I built this.

I'm not a big compliance company. I'm one person who kept looking at what fleets pay for document tracking and couldn't figure out what justified the price. Fleetio charges $4–8 per vehicle per month. Whip Around, Vector — same neighborhood. Motive and Samsara charge $30–50 per vehicle and bundle it into an ELD contract. J.J. Keller and Foley are worse. A 20-truck fleet is paying $600–$1,000 every month for what's essentially a spreadsheet with reminders and a photo uploader.

So I built FleetWatch Pro. One flat price for your whole fleet — $49.99/month, however many trucks you run. A 20-truck fleet pays $49.99. A 100-truck fleet pays $49.99. And the individual owner-operator pays $9.99.

Already built — shipped and working today:

What we're building — coming soon:

We ship each one when it's ready and email every subscriber when it lands — no vaporware roadmap, no "Q4 launch."

What we won't build:

ELD/GPS telematics, DVIR daily inspections, maintenance scheduling. Those are different products with different price tags, and pretending to bundle them is how the industry got to $50/truck in the first place. If you need those, buy them from someone whose whole business is that.

Your subscription can be free — nobody in this industry does this.

Every subscriber who signs up through your referral link earns you points. 1 Solo = 1 point, 1 Fleet = 5 points. They just need to bill at the same frequency you do (monthly with monthly, yearly with yearly).

If a referral drops off, you have 30 days to gain another before billing resumes. You never lose service — you just go back to paying like before.

No other fleet compliance tool offers anything like this. Your subscription can literally pay for itself by telling other drivers about it.

I also won't file anything for you and I won't guarantee compliance. Nobody actually does — no matter what their sales page says, they all just remind you. I remind you cheaper.

We track, remind, and prepare you. You review and file the document yourself — we don't submit it for you, this isn't tax or legal advice, and we don't guarantee compliance. Confirming the details and filing is always your responsibility; we make sure you don't miss the date and that you know exactly what to do.

If you sign up now at $49.99/month, you're locked in at that price for as long as your subscription stays active. If I raise it in the future, your rate doesn't change. That's a promise, not a launch discount.
