A driver who fails the English check doesn't move the truck.

Since June 2025, a driver who can't answer an inspector in English can be placed out of service on the spot (49 CFR 391.11(b)(2)). We train your drivers for that moment — and let you hear how they're doing.

What nobody else has

Hear your driver answer — in his own voice.

Your drivers practise a spoken interview with an AI officer that grades them 0–100. The recordings appear in your dashboard and you play them yourself. It isn't a completion percentage — it's evidence the driver can speak. It's the thing you can take to your insurer.

What a stop costs

One driver out of service costs more than one driver.

An out-of-service order doesn't only stop the driver. The truck sits until someone qualified can move it. The load runs late, and that lands on your on-time record. And the violation goes on the carrier's record, where it follows you into your CSA score and your next insurance renewal. We don't put a dollar figure on it — that depends on your lane, your load and your carrier. You already know what those cost.

Your dashboard

You know exactly who is ready.

For your insurer

One click gives you the record to hand your insurer.

Export a completion report as a spreadsheet: every driver's road and knowledge scores, their spoken-interview result out of 100, overall percentage, modules finished, last active date, and the date they certified. The header carries your company name, the date you pulled it, the rule it addresses — 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2) — and how many of your drivers are certified. It's the dated record a safety manager hands an insurer or an auditor, not a completion badge.

Pricing

Start with two free seats.

Your first 2 driver seats are free forever — they don't expire. You pay only from the third seat, per seat per month:

1–9 seats$49/seat/mo

The annual plan is 3 months free (25% off). Existing subscriptions keep their earlier price.

We watch your FMCSA deadlines and never charge for it.

Give us your USDOT number and we email you before your MCS-150 biennial update comes due and whenever your public safety record changes. Unlike the course, FleetWatch takes no card at all — nothing is saved and nothing is charged. The FMCSA filing is free too; we don't file it for you, we just make sure you don't miss it. You don't need to buy the course.

Never miss the date that puts a truck out of service.

Free FleetWatch watches your public FMCSA record. Pro watches the documents it can't see — the med cards, CDLs, inspections and credentials sitting in your office that put a truck out of service the day they lapse. Snap a photo, we read the expiry date off it, you confirm it, and we email you before it's due.

We track and remind — we don't file anything for you and we don't guarantee compliance. The renewal is yours to do; we make sure you never miss the date.

🎓 Enrolling drivers in the course? The document training is included for each of them — they learn to handle their own compliance, in their language.

What this is not

FMCSA does not approve or certify third-party English courses, so no certificate — ours included — satisfies the rule on its own. The inspector decides at the roadside. What we give you is real training, the driver's voice, and a dated record of what they practised.

Real service

Tell us what to build. We actually listen.

You'll be using this every day, and your feedback is the most valuable thing we get. We built this system ourselves — so when you ask for a change, we're notified in real time and can usually make it fast, instead of the runaround you get fighting a big company's support line. Ask right from your dashboard, or email us. The highest level of service is the whole point.

Built by Michael Dugan. I'm not just the owner — I designed and built this entire platform myself, over countless hours, and I'm the only person who changes it. Just two of us run this company: my partner Josh handles our outreach, and I build and control everything else. There's no support department to get lost in — when you call, your customer service is the owner, and things actually get done. When you sign up you get my personal phone number, just for our fleets (never posted publicly). Text or call with a question or a change and it reaches me directly.

Try it with two drivers.

Two free seats that never expire. You save a card to start, but nothing is charged until you add a 3rd seat. If it isn't useful, you've lost nothing.
